currently train 600 clients yearly. Many of which are middle and high school age whos parents watch them train. All
viewers are sport or health and fitness related. You’ll have no competiton, we are only accepting one advertising
business per competing market.
McHenry County Strength & Sports Center’s (MCSSC) background:
MCSSC opened its doors
in over 3 years ago on Virginia Rd. offering Speed and Agility Programs and Personal Training to local athletes and residents.
With continued success the program outgrew that location and recently opened in a new larger facility on Pingree Rd. with
expanded services. MCSSC has earned a great reputation with the local community and schools/coaches.
MCSSC Offers/Demographics:
Davis Speed Center’s Speed & Agility Program- MCSSC is most
well known for this program. Davis Speed Center specializes in giving athletes pre-season superior speed training, agility
work, and foot speed. Over 500 local highschool and college athletes go through this program annually with numbers growing
every year. And recent partnering with the Crystal Lake Wizards Wrestling, offers an additional 140 participants and
their parents that will be exposed to your advertising message.
Group Sports Camps & Weightlifting
Clinics- These programs typically take place onsite at local highschools during the summer months. These programs
bring attention to MCSSC and DSC’s program. Many of these athletes will later participate in the speed and agility programs
on an individual basis.
One-on-one and small group personal training- MCSSC has 3 personal trainers on staff servicing over 20 personal
training hours/week currently. Typical clients are high income, 30-50 yr. old adults.
Private Monthly Memberships- This is a new service available for anyone in the area who wants to avoid the large
healthclub setting and workout in a more private area. MCSSC has full range of equipment available for current program
participants and local residents alike to use to reach their fitness goals. There will be up to 50 private members.
Group Fitness Classes- Unlimited monthly Group Strength and Step classes are available to the general public bringing
in 20-30 local residents. (primarily females age 30-50)
Running Club- Group of locals who want to stay in shape and be accountable to a running group. All ages/genders
welcome.

Interior Banner: You may furnish a banner for your business or we would be happy to design and print a full color
banner for you for the following costs. Large (3 ft. by 8 ft.) Banner for $250 or a Small (3 ft. by 6 ft.) Banner for
$200.
